    Pros

    People
    Passion for healthcare
Strong methodology and drives sustainable results for our clients
Salary and benefits are comparable to level and responsibilities

    Cons

Promotions are twice a year. However, they require you to work in the role that you want to be promoted into before you can be recommended. Promotions in the field are more fluid.
Young company so your manager could potentially not have much management experience.

    Cons

Sometimes the company needs to think outside the box more.

    Pros

Company encourage work life balance! Here everyone tries for quality, not for quantity. Good place to build a career!

    Cons

Technology shop is small compared to other consulting firms. It limits the exposure I feel.

    Advice to Management

Please do focus to grow technology group.

    Pros

Excellent compensation. They practice what they preach. Full of very smart, motivated and competent folks. You will truly expand your horizons and be challenged

    Cons

Poor work/life balance. A great deal of internal completion - especially at the director level and above. Can be difficult to get staffed on the "right project" (e.g. the one with good visibility by senior management).

    Pros

Great place for entry level software engineers. Majority of coworkers are friendly and helpful and mentoring is well established. Highly recommend for college grads.
    Great PTO.
    6% matching 401k.
Work/Life Balance is heavily promoted and utilized.
Great feeling when clients are excited to use your software.

    Cons

Anyone with 3+ years experience will fall asleep from boredom because technical assignments are rarely challenging. 95% of code is simple if statements, for loops or property assignments.
Salary cap for senior positions is ridiculously low. Experienced personnel are constantly leaving for better pay.
Huge push to drink the "kool aid" when there are minimal benefits to doing so.
Push to spend time to improve internal processes & code quality but at the same time ding you for not billing enough hours to clients. Basically = work more for same pay.

    Advice to Management

Continue to listen & address employee feedback, it's having a positive effect on moral and performance.
It's hard to replace experienced personnel and fresh grads can only do so much, so consider bumping up senior salaries to mitigate the current outflow of senior devs.
It's great to have new initiatives for innovation and improved quality, but if the first thing out of your mouth is personnel have to "make up" (re: put in OT) any time spent doing those improvements, you've just killed most of the goodwill you garnered. Consider this: why would anyone want to put in unpaid OT? If I wanted to work extra I could do freelance for significantly more than free.

    Pros

    Top notch employees.
    Fun and complicated platform.
    Solid 401k match: 100% match to 6%.
    Average stock purchase plan.
There are fun events that show the old culture of Click.

    Cons

    Getting very corporate.
    Poor planning for future.
    Non-competitive compensation.
Very limited work from home opportunities.
Product is taking a bad turn due to amount of turnover in R&D.

    Advice to Management

Pay your engineers! The platform takes a year to learn and then everyone just leaves when they see the insulting compensation they're offered the first time they get a promotion.
