Co-worker ar very nice to work with.

    Cons

Very limited in supplies, no paid holidays unless you work it. Shop is in a closet. Limited tools to work with.

    Pros

Pay is decent. I don't have any pro's to tell you about. Pay might be decent, but not worth it at all. I lived 5 minutes from this spa and it took me 45 minutes to get to work because of parking, security, and all kinds headache.

    Cons

You will be discriminated against for religious beliefs and will not under any circumstances be allowed to practice your faith.

    Advice to Management

    Educate yourself on discrimination.

    Pros

Decent environment, uniforms, free meals, great place to work if you are a part of the LGBT community, rated top employer to work for in the U.S. , great place to work if you are atheist

    Cons

Hospitality industry. No work/life balance. Crazy hours. Always cutting hours. Industry is very one sided. No guests means no pay for you. Only guaranteed 30 hours per week. Back to back shifts. A lot of gossip. The "Guest Experience" position means you will be working the operator phone, front desk, lounge/club and concierge. A lot of work and expectations for little pay.

    Advice to Management

Treat people as you would like to be treated.

    Pros

When available, the hotel benefits are nice. As well as PTO, sick days, etc.

    Cons

No training program was ever demonstrated. You are on your own for learning the systems, and figuring out issues. Turn over was crazy! Sadly it all became too much to handle . When there was a problem, there was no support from management. When they say "everyone makes mistakes" they will use whatever you did against you.

    Advice to Management

When making the schedule, don't use favoritism Have better solutions when any associates needs help with a guest Learn how to be more approachable
