ConsConsensus-based culture can often delay decision making.

Advice to Senior ManagementI am proud to work for an organization with a Management Team as ethically sound as Hypertherm's. My hope is that leadership mentality will carry on in future years.

Fantastic company

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Hypertherm full-time for more than 5 years

ProsContinuous improvement culture.
Employee ownership.
Strategic leaders.
Great products that help individuals and businesses build, grow and become more successful.

ConsStrong interest in Associate development but in recent years insufficient funding for external training and conferences. Organization needs constant influx of new skills and ideas.
Need to continue to create a greater "accountability culture," both internally and with partners.

Hypertherm - Great place to work

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Hanover, NH

I have been working at Hypertherm

ProsGreat benefits, very good work/life balance, focus on associate development and well being, progress attitude toward career and work development, employee ownership provides a sense of responsiblity and teamwork.

ConsSalary and total compensation package is low for market and cost of living, location can be a challenge for those who relocate, rapidly changing culture has caused some issues between leaders and individual contributors.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to focus upon total benefit package and address issues of fairness between the 'have' and 'have-nots'.
