Current Employee – been working at IATA full-time for more than a year

Pros – The start up salaries are pretty good + the benefits such as vacation, sick days and insurance are great!

Cons – Not a lot of oportunity to grow within the company + its hard to get a raise

Advice to Senior Management – IATA should have a tuiton reimbursment policy

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
