“There is a better place to work.”
Current Employee – been working at IBA Group
Pros – free time work, nice salary as compared to other local companies. Proximity to the transport system. Comfortable workplace. Interesting staff.
Cons – No adequate control of the company heads of departments. Not competent department supervisors. Not competent distribution of work priorities. No projects put on the market.
Advice to Senior Management – Note the lack of products and causes of this problem. Increase the level of respect for employees and begin to notice them.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
