Pros – If you are lucky enough you can join an interesting project and learn a lot. Flexible working hours.

Cons – Absolutely unclear promotion rules, the information flows are really funny - if you are lucky to meet the right person in a corridor to exchange a couple of words - you'll know the news, if you are working hard - you may be absolutely unaware of what's going on in the company. Lack of communication between departments and different offices? absolutely inconvenient and useless internal project management system which requires too much time to update though. There are a lot of relatives of managers working in the company which makes politic games even more complex.

Advice to Senior Management – - Clear rules for promotion, career possibilities, education possibilities.
- Appreciation of experienced and hardworking people.
- improve communication between different departments and between management and employees.
