I worked at IBM as an intern

    Pros

Absolutely loved the culture and opportunities at IBM - really showing a lot of growth internally. After a summer co-op, I can say with certainty that no matter how large IBM seems from the outside, it does a great job of making all employees feel important.

    Cons

Many cuts recently, can disrupt overall satisfaction and worry some employees. Might be too large and divided for its own good. Hopefully this will be resolved.
