    Pros

The mentors were helpful, they tried to help in every way they could.

    Cons

No perks, absolutely nothing, even coffee you needed to pay if you wanted a cup!

    Advice to Management

You should really look into your internship programs because they give a very bad impression to potential future employees!

    Pros

Your manager is always willing to help you. Everyone traets you with respect and make you feel part of the IBM community.
You can meet many people from different areas and learn about new things easily.
    Very flexible working hours.

    Cons

The company is very big and sometimes it could be difficult to understand how your job is giving a benefit to the company. But at the same time it could be a good opportunty since you get into contact with many people.

    Advice to Management

The management is made by some very prepared and expert people and they are very open to listen from others.

    Pros

A good number of intern activities, recreational facilities such as gym and basketball court, good pay if you are a returning intern like myself

    Cons

Not so good work-life balance, interns can get overworked if your team has weekly presentations.

    Advice to Management

It would not nice not to have weekly presentations. Even better, not to have presentations at all. Managers and mentors know the work interns have done. I don't see the need for the final presentation.

    I worked at IBM

    Pros

-I received real and meaningful projects
-I was trusted to "sit in" (most conversations took place over the phone) in meetings to better understand the business

    Cons

-I was not able to meet all of the team members and most of it was over the phone
-It is hard to have a good relationship with people as an intern if you do not work in an office and have to reach out via email or phone when still learning the ropes of jobs

I worked at IBM as an intern

    Pros

The people at IBM Design have amazing personalities and are just fun to be around. Everyone is like family, and they all enjoy being at work.

    Cons

The fact that IBM is so big causes the company to have relatively slow processes and a way of doing things that, to me, limits innovation and creativity.
