    I worked at IBT

    Pros

Great location in the back bay, great co-workers, work hard play hard culture. Advancement oppurtunities. Good place to get entry level experience.

    Cons

Lack of investment in systems did make it difficult to do your job day to day. Often times felt like the system needed daily band aids to meet expectations.

    Advice to Management

Since IBT has been bought by State Street Bank, my advice to management at State Street is to develop the systems, but don't change the culture.

  3. Good school, but tough job.

Incredible amounts of time on the phone.
