“Good Place to work”
Former Employee – worked at IBT
Pros – Great location in the back bay, great co-workers, work hard play hard culture. Advancement oppurtunities. Good place to get entry level experience.
Cons – Lack of investment in systems did make it difficult to do your job day to day. Often times felt like the system needed daily band aids to meet expectations.
Advice to Senior Management – Since IBT has been bought by State Street Bank, my advice to management at State Street is to develop the systems, but don't change the culture.
