    Manager (Former Employee) Calcutta (India)

ProsKnown brand name, stable organization, Dynamic CEO, opportunity to grow if delivers agressive sales numbers over and above everything else

ConsNot employee friendly for new joinees specially at senior levels. Not structured and systems and processes , aggressive without process and support systems, company gives points to extremely high work output without the relevant process/ steps to reach there. employee support from HR is missing.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore employee support, new joinees made to feel welcome , mentor system for 6 months across levels and more so at senior levels for proper handholding.
