Current Employee – been working at ID Media Worldwide full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Extremely generous time-off, adequate benefits, comfortable working environment, ample opportunities to learn, clear goals set for growth, great communication from senior management, co-workers are more like family members, a best place to work!!
Cons – Year-end bonuses are reserved for VPs and above only, some under-performers are tolerated far too long creating more work those that "get it done", technology is not the same across the board - different operating systems.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the great communication! Provide updated equipment in all offices.

Current Employee – been working at ID Media Worldwide full-time
Pros – 1) benefits and time off policy
2) management who actually care about your career and mentors you ever step of the way
3) opportunities to learn new media channels
4) Open lines of communication from top to bottom
Cons – 1) would love to see more interaction between LA office and other offices
2) technology a bit out of date
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work. Love the quarterly meetings where we can continue to be informed of how the agency is doing and what is expected. The town hall meetings are a great forum but would love to see the management team more in LA. Maybe hold a town hall meeting on the road in the different offices?

Current Employee – been working at ID Media Worldwide
Pros – Management is supportive and competent. They seem to genuinely want to know the employees and they value what having a good team in place can do for the company. They have high standards and expect the same from others. Also, time off is excellent! PTO, Floating Holiday, Summer Days, closed Xmas week!
Cons – They do not offer work from home options or part-time schedules. This might help compensate people in ways other than salary and benefits only.

Current Employee – been working at ID Media Worldwide full-time
Pros – * Wonderful people who are true pro's and back each other up
* Great PTO and benefits from parent company IPG
* Career track, options among offices and departments, lots of people who have worked their way up... or left and come back becaue the grass wasn't greener!
Cons – * It's an ad agency. So that means it's not 9 to 5 and salaries are what ad agencies pay. It's not management consulting.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep walking around! Keep listening!
