    Pros

You own your own growth, onsite opportunities.

    Cons

Laid back culture, employee rotation policy is very bad. If you're tagged with one account (client) they won't let you change the account. A semi IT culture!!!

    Advice to Management

Pls consider sharing organization profit with employees as well.

    Pros

Relatively easy to get an offer, since they are basically stuffing agency / contract house, although they don't call themselves this. Not much pressure, you will get plentiful personal time.

    Cons

Don't expect too much on benefits. No annual bonus, no 401K match, pitiful increase on salary each year. Don't expect too much on career development, they are running just like contract house. What do you expect from contract house? Please note, the HR system of the company really sucks. Be cautious if you need working visa in U.S. They have the ability to screw up you. Make sure to ask about H1 visa and green card policy before you sign the offer.

    Advice to Management

I would recommend that they setup totally separated HR system and policies for north american projects. They are running the U.S branch with philosophies running in India

    Pros

A fair degree of independence and autonomy in terms of daily scheduling and the ability to create your own list of target accounts and prospects.

    Cons

Very dysfunctional sales pursuit and sales support process and extremely difficult to get corporate support for deals. Sales and marketing are out of sync and there is no support for innovative or consultative deal-making, even though the brass talks the talk. Having SMEs actually show up for meetings with clients, when they have committed to being there, would be an excellent start. Also having marketing for the U.S. based in the U.S. is critical. You can't 'talk' to St. Louis from Bangalore. Well, you can, but......

    Advice to Management

Stop trying to the run the U.S. out of India. It doesn't work, especially in terms of sales and marketing, Especially marketing. Speaking 'Indian English' to U.S. prospects when you are trying to impress upon your U.S. based prospects that you "get it", isn't a great way to make your point.. Also there is NO social media marketing strategy( at least none that we saw) and supposedly that is something we are selling to our clients. How about walking the walk before we purport expertise to our clients. Oh....and get rid of Hemant. What an embarrassment. Maybe CapGemini will take care of that. The place went downhill after you got rid of Phaneesh Murthy. He was awesome. Ashok Vemuri is anything but.

    Pros

Got great friends and technicians working in this company. Not too large which restricts growth or recognition neither too small of a company

    Cons

Regional specific priority is been given by few managers which kind of discourages other employees who are the the wrong side of the table.

    Advice to Management

Please stop taking things personal and act professional.
