    Incredible

Sponsor Service Associate (Former Employee) Coral Gables, FL

ProsThe team was very helpful and came together when it counts the most to complete every task that arose.
We had the opportunity to assist sponsors, vendors, and world class athletes with a great experience.

ConsSome of the challenges is scheduling team members to work critical shifts during the tournament. The opportunity to enjoy the event itself was not available.

    Marketing (temp)

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsProfessionalism, networking, good on resume, they definitely know what they are doing

    Consless emphasis on personal development

Advice to Senior ManagementHard to say because there are large number of "management" positions within the company, overall I'd like to say mix up flexibility and supervision a little bit more so your employee can grow better and contribute more to the company

    Fun while it lasted...

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsThis place looks great on a resume. The crap that you may have to deal with isn't as bad as putting IMG on your resume

ConsThere were really no downsides persay, I mean you're gonna work really hard, but they pay you well, and the experience is priceless.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't expect to be clued in on what is happening with your career. It's a get in, shake things up and get out sort of place. Lots of politics!

    NA

    Intern (Former Employee) Cleveland, OH

ProsGreat environment to be aroud if you love sports. Evaryone there has at least that in common. Very entrepreneurial environment and made for self starters.

ConsThe pay for lower level employees is less than optimal. Some people in the company were not qualified other than the fact they liked sports.

    Great on the resume

Account Director (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsImpressive assets and history of leadership in sports & entertainment marketing and management. Hugely respected brand, will provide me with credibility and gravitas for my next stop. Smart people, with lots of experience and contacts

ConsThey are still going through a business transformation form the old IMG of the McCormack era to the vision held by Ted Forstmann. As a result there are some bumpy times and constantly revolving senior leadership.

The many businesses (fashion, media, sports, talent, etc) are very independent & isolated, so clients don't always get the larger benefits of working with IMG.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore attention to communicating with the staff on larger issues, value people skills among your senior business leaders. People do the work
