Pros- Nice easy going environment
- World Wide international employees
- Various collaboration opportunities and international relations
- A wide range of IT research ongoing projects
- Opportunity to work with strong people

Cons- The overhead of managing paper work might be high
- Possibility to encounter complicated administrative procedures for simple things
- Overall a real nice workplace

Advice to Senior ManagementOne advice would be to lower the paper work for several potential procedures

ProsThe resources are good, the people are very friendly and helpful. The other people in the lab are very talented and produce a great environment for collaboration.

ConsThere were no downsides to the job or place itself. Being a foreigner in Paris had its own issues regarding bureaucracy and getting all the necessary documents and opening a bank account.

ProsINRIA commands a great reputation in EU which leads to many other opportunities and collaborations across the continent and beyond. Excellent country to live in!

ConsThe salaries might be on a lower side but overall you can do with what you get as benefits are numerous!

Advice to Senior ManagementNo advice as such, only praises. Fantastic organization and environment. It gives a great sense of achievement as your work is dully appreciated and recognized.
