Pros – Flexible time, you can almost decide whenever you want to work at home.
Rearly nice.
International environment.
Cons – Sometimes you feel that you need a little more motivation

Pros – The resources are good, the people are very friendly and helpful. The other people in the lab are very talented and produce a great environment for collaboration.
Cons – There were no downsides to the job or place itself. Being a foreigner in Paris had its own issues regarding bureaucracy and getting all the necessary documents and opening a bank account.

The INRIA is composed of interdisciplinary teams with a sound technical knowledge in computer science.
Cons – Low salaries and funding opportunities as in every public research organisation in France.
Connection with research and development companies.

Pros – INRIA commands a great reputation in EU which leads to many other opportunities and collaborations across the continent and beyond. Excellent country to live in!
Cons – The salaries might be on a lower side but overall you can do with what you get as benefits are numerous!
Advice to Senior Management – No advice as such, only praises. Fantastic organization and environment. It gives a great sense of achievement as your work is dully appreciated and recognized.
