    Men and women paid the same for the same work, career advancement is nurtured, good balance between work and home life. Great people to work with.

    I worked at IRS as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

    Honestly a good and easy company to work with. I worked for a short period of time but it's a good job to get your foot into the door and I just got picked up for a seasonal job for 6 months

    Cons

    Couldn't complain at all with good pay

    Nice people, interesting work - sometimes tragic, sometimes comical (no contact with the public). Sincere effort by all including management.

    You can't get permanent work anymore - it's all seasonal. No guarantee of length of season.
