I have been working at ITT Technical Institute full-time

    Pros

Pro - nice working conditions, good office personnel

    Cons

Con- When you put on your applicaton through Indeed the least amount you will accept - that is the amount you will be offered. (As long as it is with in the range - or usually below) The least you will accept at this company is a trick quesiton to get you in the door with a very low offer. People make vairious amounts based on how little they put on their questionnaire. Aim higher people!!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    No perks, no bonuses.

    Pros

Employee recognition; you will always have tons of coffee! Location is decent.

    Cons

Leads are AWFUL! hours can be a drag working until 9PM and the prospective students do have criminal histories.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bring in new programs that are in demand for the Charleston market. Whenever the chairman of each discipline leaves, upper management needs to talk to the Director of the campus.
