    Pros

    It's a pure sales environment, 'unlimited earnings potential'

    Cons

    Coworkers, Sales Managers, Support Staff, Office Environment. But we got pizza once and its located close to the RAM Brewery for Thursday nights after work.

    Pros

    Friendly co-workers in sales office. Not a competitive environment and everyone is willing to help including management and senior management.

    Cons

    Although there are medical benefits, the plans are so expensive you might as well purchase privately. Extremely competitive industry making it hard to stand out. Have to come into the office everyday w/ no real gas allowance. Monthly quotas are not realistic. You will end up spending more on gas driving from the office to an appointment w/ a lead and then back to the office than you will earn in commissions.

    Advice to Management

    Better initial training. A lot of workers are not as motivated to sell because they've never even seen their managers or others within the company hit their goals and quotas. Be more hands on up front, demonstrating to them what it takes to be successful, not just mere training meetings, but actually out in the field getting new leads and closing business with new hires.
