    Pros

    Great product. If you can become one of the "favorites" then you can do no wrong and will be supported. Strong implementation team. Most employees are extremely friendly, willing to help and positive under any circumstance.

    Cons

    High turnover rate due to no consistency or integrity. Company culture consists of back door politics, promises made but not kept and misleading information from upper management. Dishonesty and lack of morals are evident at all levels. Management expects employees to accept new responsibilities without fair compensation and no clear direction.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your employees who are directly involved with the day to day operations instead of the current barriers setup which restrict communication.

    The company has a few talented individuals that are very intelligent, understand the industry, and have good visions.

    Cons

    Poor work-life balance
    Poor long term vision
    Politics, Politics, Politics - this is the real problem, too many people trying to impress upper management and trying to gather power. The real decisions are made behind closed door by a select few with an interest only in their own success and not the companies success.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take a serious look at which leaders are bringing real value and which just talk a good game.

    Smart people with great ideas
    Innovative product
    Some people have great work from home opportunity

    Cons

    Poor/unhealthy work climate
    Office politics and manipulative/ controlling people prevent new ideas and improvement
    Some departments have no work/ home balance and don't get flexible schedules

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Use the great talent you have and listen to improvement ideas. Don't let people that are motivated by their egos prevent the company from being successful.

    high basic pay; good training; best teamwork in the US; helpful supervisors in the US only

    Cons

    strict code of discipline; inconsistent promises; no job security; no black and white upon regularization; no other motivational perks
