    Pros

Pay is usually good, but a temporary thing.

    Cons

Growth, Potential is low. Investment grade as viewed by the institiions is very low.

    Advice to Management

Focus on your core technologies and learn to innovate and grow organically. Past acquisitions were failures, cash position in 2011/2012 was a result of selling the wireless division to Intel.

    Pros

    Work life balance is good.
Peers in Europe are very supportive and encouraging

    Cons

Work is not exciting and lot of repetitive work
    Very less innovation
It's process oriented, you won't get a chance to think out of box.
Hell lot of politics. To grow, you should be good in politics rather than good in work.
Good leaders are thrown out of company due to internal politics.

    Advice to Management

The managing director for bangalore should change. Then infineon will be a great company.

    Pros

I would put only flexibility in timing and all in pay contracts, rather than that i cannot see anything impressive here.

    Cons

department manager has no idea about the his main responsibilities and employee work, no good salaries, no training's, forget about your career/technical ladder stuff :(

    Advice to Management

try to replace department managers with somebody who has a sound knowledge about what he is responsible for atleast.

    Pros

    - Only the good relocation treatment but after that HR get very negative attitude toward you.
    - Good for new graduate, only for 1 year, in order to get a good name on the CV and leave soon.

    Cons

    - Mentality of people. Everybody looks mistrustful on your ideas and improvements.
    - German is basically a must, if not you are pratically excluded from the team or not considered as one of them.
    - Non good place for improving technically, you´ll do always same stuff or all the garbage left by the seniors so all the most boring tasks.

    Advice to Management

Respect more the new and young hire!!! Listen the advices, which you may consider complain while they are IMPROVEMENTS!
