    Pros

    1. Fast project allocation. I was in bench for just 4 months.
    2. Salary never got delayed.
3.Minimal office politics. Right from VP to office boys were friendly. I never faced any problems from them.
    4.Onsite opportunities are faster.
    5. Being a small company, you get a chance to take big responsibilities like interacting with the client directly, deciding the priorities. You are not limited to just coding. The company has helped me improve in both professionally and personally.

    Cons

    1. Lack of senior programmer with high experience. This is the problem I have faced in infinite, that there are not many senior level developers who can help you in times of trouble.
    2. Even though you get project fast, but due to being a small company you usually get stuck up in that project for a long time. So technology diversity is very less in the organization.

    Pros

As a beginner, this organization is the perfect example of putting your knowledge into practice. Learn as much as possible because this is where you build your base.

    Cons

More floor activities need to be established and followed regularly to engage employees i.e. a more employee centric approach rather than work, work and no fun.

    Advice to Management

The office culture needs a boost, "Find a new work space soon", To the management - Good luck with the new Financial year- looking forward that these reviews will surely be considered

    Pros

This is a good company to work especially if you start as a fresher. The company allows you to progress in your own style without any intervention on the pattern of your work as long as you get the work done. They are mostly open to any suggestions concerning Project Quality

    Cons

There are times when the management experiments on the methodologies used while working on Projects, that may or may not work. But guessing most companies have to take a risk at times, so it seems alright.

    Advice to Management

    Train more leaders

    Pros

If your just starting your career as in the Technical department and are not keen to get increments or good pay then this is the perfect company for you but want to slog out your way. (but that too depends if you get a good project to work in :D ) . You learn all by yourself, the seniors are good and always there to help. The atmosphere is good and relaxed. You learn to take decisions by yourself on project issues.

    Cons

good for a year or two to grow else better go for some other company because your not going to get any benefits or appreciation. There are possibility of you either working a lot or working absolutely nothing(but depends on the project again). There would be lot of us vs them...
