Pros – Good company with good people all the projects with them are really long term projects.
Cons – Very Bad health insurance plan. GC process is only done in eb3 quota, masters education is not taken into consideration.
Advice to Senior Management – masters education is must be taken into consideration for filling Green Card

Pros – If you want to learn, there are plenty of opportunities.
Cons – Climbing up the corporate ladders requires more people skills and less technical skills.
Advice to Senior Management – Please make sure that the leadership put into place does not patronize the employees.

Current Employee – been working at Information Control Corporation
Pros – ICC has a comfortable office work environment with the ability to work from home at times and flexible hours. The knowledge base there is very strong and it is a place where anyone can find a challenge and grow professionally.
Cons – In the end, I got other offers that laid out a more defined plan of where they wanted me to be in 3-5 years (and put their money where their mouth was). ICC rapidly builds employee skills but fails to keep compensation moving proportionately.
Advice to Senior Management – Monitor employee career goals more proactively. Some are happy staying in one position for long periods of time but the more ambitious will continue to move on if they don't see defined potential at ICC.
