Pros – Nice company with good facilities, emerging as the best service providers. Technical learning can be gained as much as it has in past 10 years of its service in the market. Friendly environment.

Cons – less salary.Three years of BOND for the freshers, with less salary, no performance appraisal till 2years for freshers.

Advice to Senior Management – Increase salary for the deserving associates, and reduce the BOND period for freshers to One or Two years.

Cons – most of the leaders are not qualified and experienced in one field only. Unable to guide staff working under. Fear it may ruin the company status.
