    Pros

Insight Enterprises has the resources to provide career development opportunities and professional growth to those who are fresh out of college or new to the IT industry. Fun sales company culture.

    Cons

Low ball salaries for internal promotions.

    Advice to Management

Value your teammate and provide them with the necessary support to be successful.

    Pros

Great training, stay on top of the latest trends in IT. Manufacturer partners will offer tickets to certain outings and events. Onsite healthcare Coffee and breakfast available most mornings in the lobby.

    Cons

Get ready to have your best accounts taken from you and moved to the field. Constant pipeline focus which creates a lot of stress and distraction. Constant pressure to push products that are in focus for that particular month. Very corp structure where your time is tracked and there's little autonomy.

    Advice to Management

Even though it affects the revenue you can charge partners, allow tenured inside reps the option to work remotely a couple times a week. This will allow greater sense of work life balance for workers with families.

    Pros

Passionate people, onsite health center, onsite cafeteria

    Cons

Onboarding process lacks proper training. The actual work environment is straight out of the movie 'Office Space' where employees sit in 'stadiums' that are overflowing with outdated cubicles. For a high-tech company the work environment is less than desirable.

    Advice to Management

Update the work environment; develop better training/onboarding

    Pros

Great work culture. The management is open to ideas and process improvements and give credit where due. Encourage inter company movement.

    Cons

High work load. Necessitates putting in a lot of time after work hours.

    Advice to Management

Great management. They pay attention to employee satisfaction survey and actually take actions to boost morale.

    Pros

Nice people to work with and a growing industry keep this job interesting. Good location and some growth opportunities depending on your position

    Cons

Working in the RNOC is a draining experience. Most of the management team has a poor relationship with their team and provides no guidance or motivation. They're heads down all the time.

    Advice to Management

Life your heads up and start talking to your team. Acknowledge them not only in your words but in your actions. Just sending a message saying "thanks" is lazy, quit being lazy.

    Pros

Overall good company with good people and decent room for career growth. Nice casual work environment and on-site health clinic is a plus.

    Cons

Low pay. They are content with being in the middle of the pack vs competition as far as pay, and it shows. Too cheap to make investments in their people or technology. Expect vendors to front the bill on absolutely everything.

    Pros

So much depends on department and manager. I learned a lot there Had great coworkers Built great customer and industry relationships

    Cons

Company is way behind the times in effective management of employees outside Tempe. HR failed to stop a rogue manager from derailing a 10 yr employees career. Sr leadership lacks much in terms of vision and motivating employees

    Advice to Management

    Don't micro-manage over-achievers

    Pros

Atmosphere is very open and free-going. Management although maintains high metrics allows you to manage your growth of business on your own terms.

    Cons

Recent partner changes weaken the foundation of the Account Executive Position. Focus really needs to be on the partner support that we rely on to garnish relationships with clients.

    Advice to Management

Focus on support that can strengthen the Account Executives
