Pros – I work with some smart, driven yet down to earth people. IAG genuinely cares about their employees and balances business and people strategy well. There's a clear focus on customer, community and delivering great products. Further, leadership is working hard to develop a culture that the organisation needs for sustained success.

Cons – There could be better greater focus on innovation - As insurance is fast becoming a commodity, how IAG separates itself form it's competitors while everyone else compete on price and no frills offerings is key.

Cons – Exec could improve communication and accountability for poor performers. Tends to be overly managed top- heavy and process driven over results
