    Pros

    Fantastic company highly focused on employee engagement, satisfaction and growth

    Cons

    Having worked for IHG for many years, my only concern with the company is their tendency to change leadership. It seems that there are changes in upper management every 18-24 months which creates a trickle effect down the ranks disturbing momentum. The company has always been that way and doesn't appear to be changing.

Support the Team Leaders, Associate Team Leaders, Supervisors and Regional Teams in maintaining regional standards. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, receiving and preparing product and maintaining the department area and selling the product.

    Great culture, good benefits & pay, great recognition prorgram. Great manager and director of my department that truly cares about their employees. Love the ability to further development myself both personally and professionally.

    Cons

    Upper level management seems to change often leading to shifts in work responsibilities. In three years, have had my portfolio shift 3 times.
