    Great vision from the late founder Ray Anderson
    Sustainability is not just a buzzword, it is tangible and practiced throughout the organisation
    Invest in new technology.
    Always looking to innovate

    Cons

    Small group of small-minded mill workers hold company back
    Can be over-political especially at mid-management level
    Make a meal of websites
    Need to choose a platform for the long-term and stick with it.
