    Pros

Great Training in the subject matter in which you were hired to work in.
    Solid Benefits plan

    Cons

Work atmosphere is very 80's businessmen-like, not mush room for creativity.
"You're a number" feeling when it comes to your yearly goals, objectives and merit raises.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees, allow them to work outside of the box (not pun intended) and the overbearing processes set in place.

I worked at International Paper full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

I wouldn't really consider it a "pro" (but it seems like many employees do) you don't really have to do any work, and you won't get fired.

    Cons

No one wants to really work, and that makes it hard to get work done, especially if you are relying on others.
VERY compartmentalized, very little chance of cross-training.
    Company is headquartered in Memphis.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay employees what they are worth, good and bad. Don't be afraid to let slackers go.
