Current Employee – been working at International Rescue Committee full-time for more than a year
Pros – smart, dedicated and committed colleagues. Organization values accountability and measures impact. consistent emergency programming and interventions for international operations; focuses on advocacy and lessons learned.
Cons – little career growth because of the size of the organization, tends to be very competitive to be transferred to another department particularly withing international programs/ field posts. they prioritize internal candidates for all positions so hard for an external candidate to get their foot in the door.
