Current Employee – been working at International Rescue Committee full-time for more than a year

Prossmart, dedicated and committed colleagues. Organization values accountability and measures impact. consistent emergency programming and interventions for international operations; focuses on advocacy and lessons learned.

Conslittle career growth because of the size of the organization, tends to be very competitive to be transferred to another department particularly withing international programs/ field posts. they prioritize internal candidates for all positions so hard for an external candidate to get their foot in the door.

Former Employee – worked at International Rescue Committee

ProsMy coworkers were great and management was very supportive. The organization does work to be proud of.

ConsThe particular department required extensive travel which can get tiring and the scheduling can be erratic and mercurial, more due to the nature of the work than the staff.
