    Pros

Very structured production environment with standards for patches, deployments and outages.

    Cons

Employees are not allowed to think outside the box. Managers prefer to keep skilled employees in silo'd functions.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to employees who prefer to think outside the box. If an employee's interest are in development, feed their desires with training and allow them to pursue those opportunities.

    Pros

IPG works great around my schedule. It all depends on your manager though. Lots of days off. Relaxed atmosphere. Casual dress code.

    Cons

The pay is low but they try and make up for it. If you don't have your accounting degree there really is no place to move up.

    Advice to Management

Increase pay or give better raises.
