    Pros

Decent training, great office, work/life balance, open-door policy with execs Great if you are selling their financial products Walk on water if you sell (but this means you're in financial vertical) Very good marketing/branding team You'll always have someone to spot you in the gym

    Cons

Classic example of the "old boys club" If you're not in the financial vertical you won't make $$$ Not enough room in the office for everyone's ego Management can't even explain their commission plan By the end of training, the class (full of well educated people) still could not distinguish products

    Advice to Management

    Don't kid yourself, it's a file sync & share

    Cons

At times lack of creativity and overly-serious work culture. Disorganization across lines of business

    Advice to Management

Clearer organization of product lines and management as well as a stronger focus in growing company culture with efforts that have been started

    Pros

Flexible, decent pay, nice bonus. Benefits we meh...

    Cons

When they brought in a new CEO to stabilize the company he started bringing in his former Novell co-workers. They have since moved to Waltham right in the same building Novell was or is in. They started moving long term employees out to make room for folks at the C level who speak broken English and can't function. I was to get out when I did and feel they did me a favor.

    Advice to Management

Worry about the actual company and how you can keep things going. Stop developing new junk and wasting money on it. VIA was a joke. Stop tyring to get rid of folks who helped build things out and look at upper management.

Be careful not to over promise on new products, need to stay true to you core tools.
