Intuit's best kept secret... a Silicon Valley based company with a division located in Dallas, TX... come join us in TX.

Engineer (Current Employee)
Dallas, TX

I have been working at Intuit full-time for more than 10 years

ProsIntuit's refreshed values completely align with my personal values ... 10+ years and doing the best work of my life!!

ConsDuring certain times of the year, like tax season, my role can be demanding but my peers have so much passion and commitment, we all collaborate and help one another so we can all win together.

Advice to Senior ManagementIntuit should create a presence in Austin TX or grow in Dallas, TX - lower real estate costs for Intuit, lower cost of living for employees, affordable housing with greater square footage than Bay Area, great schools for kids, and less time spent commuting in traffic.

Stellar company, Intuit loves their employees

Senior Account Executive (Current Employee)
San Francisco, CA

I have been working at Intuit full-time for more than a year

ProsCaring company, offering food, an aggressive and challenging, ever-changing environment. Exciting tech industry has no shortage of fun and surprising times. Volunteer clubs, exercise clubs, some of the best benefits available, continual care of the employees and it clearly shows. Plenty of chances for advancement, good money, etc.

ConsSo far the only con is the old training we used to have, but changes have been made with major steps in the right direction.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep doing what you're doing. You're building a company that every single employee appreciates, and is proud to work for.

I can't imagine working anywhere better

Account Manager (Current Employee)
Plano, TX

I have been working at Intuit full-time for more than 3 years

ProsWork from home, amazing incentives in the sales departments where I work, company run with integrity, committed to their employees and it shows every single day. Understand work life balance, incredible benefits, competitive pay, get to have FUN at work. Casual dress environment. Get to be myself. I could go on and on.

ConsAdvancement can be limited depending on the location you work at. Systems in place are a pain as far as CRM, and tools in place for customer facing employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementStay engaged with your employees, help them grow their careers.

Easily the best company I have ever worked for

Administrative Assistant (Current Employee)
Englewood, CO

I have been working at Intuit full-time for more than a year

ProsIntuit has an awesome culture, and a set of values that they actually stick to. I love the fact that employees get 4 PAID days off every year to volunteer, gym membership and tuition reimbursement, and awesome health benefit options. Also, 125% matching 401K and a great employee stock purchase program. Management is upbeat, the company is solid, and I feel like I have found my home. I get to plan our office's yearly trip to the mountains to kick off the fiscal year, and we get lunches and prizes all the time. We also have an awesome new game room. :-)

ConsIf you don't deal well with change, this isn't the place for you. Intuit is constantly changing to keep up with competition and improve our numbers, and some people don't like that.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep doing what you are doing, and bring more business groups to Englewood!

Awesome Compay

Recruiter (Current Employee)
Mountain View, CA

I have been working at Intuit full-time for more than 3 years

ProsGreat company to work for: strong leadership, great culture, good values, innovative. Intuit was listed as the #9 great place to work on the Forbes list. Well deserved

ConsWhile Intuit lives it's values far more than any other company I have worked for, they still overlook the behavior of certain subject matter experts/executives. The values should be applied equally.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep it up!
