    Pros

Intuit is an incredible place to work with a great focus on it's employees and the community. The leadership team helped provide career guidance and promoted a solid work/life balance

    Cons

Although the benefits offered at Intuit are better than most companies around, the insurance options are not what they once were.

I worked at Intuit as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

It was pretty daunting coming into a big company, but I got pretty lucky because I was put on a newer team, it was still pretty small. I had an amazing summer, I absolutely loved the work I did there, and was given enormous freedom and the resources to make the absolute best of my time there. I also really liked the Intuit values, and i felt like the management really believed in those values as well. A very insightful and rewarding internship experience. They put the interns up in a very nice apartment and have a shuttle that takes us to work, and provide us with awesome equipment.

    Cons

Almost no cons, but I know I lucked out big time with my team. I knew other interns that were doing boring or even mundane work, and that is somewhat to be expected when working with huge products like TurboTax and QBO.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I've heard complaints about lack of upwards mobility from the full timers, I think that would help people stay motivated.
