Former Employee – worked at Invesco as a contractor
Pros – Very flexible scheduling. Very team oriented. Room for lateral growth. Nice office facilities. Great location
Cons – Glass ceiling. Especially once you reach mid-level management. Not much growth past mid-level management.
Advice to Senior Management – Simplify the analysis work. Use less paper. Pay more. Provide more work from home opportunities.

Current Employee – been working at Invesco
Pros – The people, both management and employees. Many departments within Invesco truly care about their employees and customer service is a top priority.
Cons – Invesco is a very large company, so it cab be easy for things to get overlooked if you don't follow up constantly. It can sometimes be hard to get some of the less important tasks accomplished because of the amount of projects ongoing at once.
