I have been working at Invesco full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good Flexibilities and benefits. Most of the managers have 8 years of experience only in Invesco and they do not want to move out because of the flexibilities

    Cons

less learning. there will not be much learning and you cannot expect much technical growth unless you take up the challenges by yourself and try to innovate some thing.

    Advice to Management

The management is quite friendly. but I would like to implement new methodologies in the work and try to implement new technologies to replace the outdated ones.
