Current Employee - Operations Representative in Houston, TX

I have been working at Invesco full-time for more than a year

    Pros

In the Operations department, there are options to work from home a few days a wee and have a flexible schedule. You also get 3 weeks of vacation in your first year.

    Cons

The office location can be a pain to get to no matter where you are coming from in the morning. Some of the management lack people skills, so when they are talking to the group, or individually, you have to have a thick skin.

I have been working at Invesco full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Aside from being one of the leading investment companies in the world, Invesco is striving towards staying on the cutting edge of technology.

    Cons

My personal experience has been that talent isn't truly recognized and skill sets aren't fully utilized.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want more loyal employees, reward them for their hard effort and dedication accordingly. Too many empty promises or wishful hopes lower moral and loyalty.
