  1. Led by a CEO who has a huge ego and has problems trusting people and this culture percolates thru out the company.

    Pros

The antisense technology is novel and unique with lots of potential.

    Cons

Company doesn't care about their people, extremely negative environment, people are expected to slave on low salary, promotion tactics used by management are awful. no one seemed to be happy working there, culture is not progressive but dictatorial.

    Advice to Management

Learn to take care of your people first , get over your trust issues and give people a fair chance. Your culture doesn't promote innovation, it is to be made humans into slaves and it's time to change!

    Pros

The internship program at Isis is really great for not only college level students but also for high schoolers. The culture is very fast paced and you learn a lot about the inner workings of the industry. Its a great way to learn about other departments and network as well. The internship is a rigorous 3 months but at the end all the interns went jet skiing and paddle boarding!!

    Cons

The final presentation can be nerve wracking especially with the Q/A portion but practicing a bunch and anticipating questions really helps.

Everyone was ready to help if needed and there was always interesting work to be done.

    Cons

When I worked there the infrastructure was not thebest with the company spread throughout 3 buildings but now that problem seems to be fixed
