I worked at Ivie full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Location: conveniently located in the suburbs.
    Nice office.
    Small, homey feel.
Good place to start a career.

    Cons

    Low salaries.
    Lackluster management.
Company bites off more than it can chew.

Despite low salaries the president has no problem driving his Ferrari to work and parking it in front of the office across multiple spots; a nice reminder that not everyone is underpaid.

    Pros

The people are great. Good benefit package. Big name clients.

    Cons

A ton of work for very low pay. Political. No time to mentor because every piece of business starts out chaotic with no plan in place. It's sink or swim.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees if you expect them to stay for the long haul.

I worked at Ivie full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

While working at Ivie, I learned a lot and grew tremendously in my professional career. The people that I worked with were great which made an extremely stressful job bearable. If you are looking for an entry level position, this might be a good fit for you.

    Cons

They pay at Ivie is very low and the job you are expected do is extremely stressful with a very heavy workload. Most positions are salary so you don't get compensated for all of the late nights that you will be working. If you have any experience whatsoever, do not expect to be compensated accordingly. When I left, I received a job doing a similar position making 10k+ more per year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Instead of hiring the majority of your employees straight out of college with no experience, spend a little more on the salaries of people with experience.
