    Pros

    Working with latest technologies. Smart and passionate people. A lot of of opportunities to learn and improve your skills. Good salary and benefits package.

    Pros

    Good compensation, very competitive with other companies working in the field
    Latest Technologies in Networking Area, one will always get scope to work on latest technologies that are coming in networking area

    Cons

    Some time work pressure is very high, it might also sustain for couple of months.
    Some time for project necessity, some monotonous work might continue. But I think this is common to any company.

    1. Efficiency measured on performance.Hence overtime is a common phenomenon. This does not amount to unsatisfactory job. Those who are technically proficient will love the job. Those who are not, will have a hard time.

    Good opportunities for growth, a lot of technology to work with

    Cons

    The processes are not well structured and there are no proper channels for interaction between sales support and engineering. A little haphazard I would say. The HR has a long way to go and needs a lot of improvements needed.

    - getting into new technologies (optimize traffic, data security)
    - great benefits
    - good pay relative to the market
    - open management

    Cons

    - woking hours tend to go late in the evening due to time difference although there are some efforts into limiting the meeting up to a certain hour of the day
    - the company doubled the number of employees and the people still didn't integrate, don't feel always as a team
    - fast changes are happening but they are not managed properly and raise people frustration
    - middle management need to grow from technical to people managers
