    Pros

Great people, smart and hard working. Good product.

    Cons

Leadership does not care about people and morale is low due to constant lay offs. Work life balance is non-existent; expect to work 70-80 hours/week and most weekends.

    Pros

Chase has a good work/life balance policy when its the right fit. They go out of their way to help folks were let go due to reduction if force, with new job assistance and severance.

    Cons

In my opinion, there were very few negatives. I believe revenue sharing among the business units is not equitable

    Advice to Management

I believe management should communicate significant information in a more timely manner, circumstances allowing. Also, i believe they should be consistent in ensuring their employee evaluation system is followed the way it was intended.

    Pros

Great bank with good culture. Colleagues take work seriously (like all IBs) but there was a sense with other junior employees this was not the only thing that mattered in life,

    Cons

Unpredictable hours, repetitive work and office politics

    Pros

Overtime was great as well as the amount of resources that are provided for you to complete your task accurately and on time.

    Cons

Parking at the Polaris location is horrible and it would be great if they could add a work out facility inside.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on the customer and not the process. too much time being spent on pointing fingers instead of getting loans processed quickly and accurately.

    Pros

    Benefits, salary in some areas

    Cons

Very political and management always focused on how to fill their bank accounts with money at the demise of the people who actually do the work. A significant amount of staff layoffs where management is rewarded for the down sizing and staff are left hanging to find new opportunities. Management always focused on pushing staff to move to next step up at the sacrafice of the workers.

    Advice to Management

Truly help staff to accomplish what they want to do. Not everyone wants to be in management nor are they good at it. The firm tends to promote only 'yes' people at the sacrafice of solid workers

    Pros

Benefits, collaborative employee engagement, social events.

    Cons

Very difficult with constant management change and seeing thousands of your co-workers and business partners downsized after spending their entire career there after 30 yrs. Heartbreaking people just became a number and everyone was just working for a paycheck. Bringing in all the new young grads to take the seasoned employee's positions for less than half the salary knowing they will job jump and not be dedicated and use JPM as a stepping stone to their career.

    Advice to Management

You should respect and hold on to those that built your foundation and not follow Peter's Principle. Old School. Seasoned employees have the knowledge who can communicate and respect and know what it is like live the values and mission statement of a corporation. That cannot be learned from a book.
