    Pros

The company treats employees well and fairly. The company has an excellent reputation and I am proud to work here.

    Cons

Typical negative of working for a very large corporation. You are unknown and not considered a part of the sucess of the company. Despite what management says.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Generally a good job, however lower level employees have little say or influence in how their job is done.

    Pros

With such a large company you have lots of opportunity to move around. Great place to start a career and figure out what you want to do. The culture is fairly young and encourages work-life balance.

    Cons

If you are hourly you are expected to work long hours without necessarily being compensated for your time. Bureaucracy can be a very large issue and dealing with their many legacy systems can be very frustrating.

    Pros

Hands down the best investment bank out there: intelligent, down-to-earth colleagues that create a great culture, access to the best exit opportunities, and the list goes on and on.

    Cons

While senior management looks to implement and support junior banker initiatives, the culture of the industry will always have a questionable work-life balance, although it is improving.
