    Pros

Can work three 10 hour night shifts and get the same as working a 5 day week
    Nothing

    Cons

    Bad management.
Favouritism, some colleagues have not had a weekend off in over 6 years where as some get weekends off nearly every week.
Manager decides when he wants to be in and has left the assistant manager doing 12 hour shifts for 6 days straight
Managers will talk to you like you are dirt on the bottom of their shoe, when the team complained we was understaffed the response was yeah but only a by a few hours.
Managers will constantly be on your back to finish your aisle as quick as possible so that you can finish early and not get paid!!! Why would we work harder to be paid less?
Holidays are given on a favouritism basis
After working for 6 months, including night shift from new years eve into new years day!! I was told I would get the 6 months bonus that was due 2 weeks after working there for 6 months but didn't. I was later told that I must have been working there from September in order to get it...

    Advice to Management

Manners go a long way, Feedback would be great. Favouritism needs to stop. I understand they are trying to hit targets too but a bit of humanity would be nice, we aren't robots

    Pros

Above minimum wage, friendly staff, generous holiday entitlement, rewards for good service, family orientated, support to aim higher and gain qualifications

    Cons

mainly 12 hour contract, late finishes, abuse from customers, can be boring when on late night and all jobs have been done and no or few customers to serve, fluctuations in overtime, four weekly pay.

    Advice to Management

look at the amount of customers you get in through the door on an evening and goods being sold compared to the amount of staff and wages paid out. You will find the figures don't add up.

    Pros

    Good atmosphere, decent pay, flexibility.

    Cons

Seems a bit much to have a 4-week notice period once you've worked there for a month, especially considering you don't get any store discount until you've been there for 6 months. Regularly asked to do over time with very short notice.

    Advice to Management

Make induction training relevant to sections.
