Former Employee – worked at Jabil
Pros – Jabil Communicated across the divisions very well, policies & procedures well defined, everyone in Jabil works together as a team. Being a very fast paced contract manufacturing leader, much is expected, you need to know what your doing and hit the ground running, above all remain accountable for your input and actions. The culture is one of fostering from within, and I found the longevity of their employees above all their greatest asset. From the support personal to highest level management everyone is focused, commited, and well trained to meet or beat any customers expectations.
Cons – Most resources where stretched to the breaking point. The hours tend to be long, The 'Boy's Club' mentalility is alive and well, though mostly kept behind close doors in the divisions. You won't find many upper management woman, not sure if it is because of the product, I found even the exceptional woman where given less money and title, and the average man would most likely be promoted before a woman.
Advice to Senior Management – Provide more opportunities for woman, above a support role, or giving them responisilibity yet no title, offer flex time, support a more family friendly culture, that would really put this company in the spot light as being one of the top 100 to work for!

Current Employee – been working at Jabil full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Jabil is a great place to work. There are many opportunities for advancement, and a culture of having a lot of responsibility, but also accountability.
Cons – Jabil can work on communications, as the business is quite fast paced, and managers sometimes don't have the time they need to properly communicate, in the detail employees require.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work, and drive communications consistency across the board.

Current Employee – been working at Jabil
Pros – You can make a difference by bringing ideas on how to perform better as an individual and overall as a company,
Cons – The company moves fast and at times new employees will be provided opportunities to perform, but they may not always provided all the guidance they may desire.
Advice to Senior Management – The leadership team has a significant level of industry experience. However, they are also open to exploring external input in order to ensure they do not get complacent.
