    Pros

Coworkers, discount, good hours, work isn't that hard

    Cons

Rude customers, lazy/scandalous management, fast paced, unrealistic standards from management

    Advice to Management

Stop being lazy and actually help your employees out and stop expecting so much from them when the standards you set are almost impossible to reach

    Pros

Those above me that I directly work with were always very helpful and were able to train and explain things very well.

    Cons

They don't work enough people for when it's busy and you are scrambling to satisfy the demand the customers. Never felt appreciated by anyone higher than my manager. Never felt like they cared about our work loads and the amount of continually increasing standards they placed with time of service and quality of service and food.

    Advice to Management

Help out your stores by giving them more money to work more people. Never felt appreciated by anyone hire than my immediate manager.

    Pros

3 dollars worth of food for lunch

    Cons

Rude customers, stressful, bad team leaders, not enough training,

    Advice to Management

No one can have a timer on them for 5 minutes and then have their team leader yell at them for making the wrong shake then tell them theyre being slow. Have reliable team leaders that are able to train new emplyees instead of being rude and not wanting to help while there's a rush. Stop pushing people to be faster then complain about the errors. You can't be fast and be perfect at the same time. Worked here for 6 months then I was ouy. It was out of necessity.

Clean up management, Replace the family situation. Restart, the way its being run currently is only negatives.

50% off meals, free if team leader.
You can make a lot of money if you work for it and do overtime
    Get promotion fast

    Cons

If your a team leader you get to handle all the mad customers you get left in charge by yourself even if your no experienced yet and the management doesn't help you at all your always understaffed and you don't even get all your breaks some days if its really busy

    Advice to Management

Help out your employees if they need it and if they call you in the night it is probably important and actually manage your facility
