    Pros

Great leadership. Wonderful place to work with cross functional teams. Collaborative work environment

    Cons

Long hours. Not too many complaints for working at this organization. Other than you want to continuously strive for more.

    Advice to Management

Give guidance not direction. Lead by example. Think about the image of the brand and if each employee represents brand well.

    Pros

They are a motivational company. Guest focused. They want to get it right.

    Cons

Hours of work, lack of resources and support. Training system and time allowed for training of team and Shift Leaders is defeating. Quality Shift leaders and assistant managers are limited at best.

    Advice to Management

Find hours for training not the current labor guide. Invest money into your Shift Leaders and assistant managers as they make up over 100 hours of guest experience each week.

    Pros

Quick to promote you. Food discounts. Ability to work every station.

    Cons

Raise issues. Scary intimidating district managers Co workers who just don't care because no one will fire them.

    Advice to Management

Let your general restaurant managers run their stores not the district managers. Put money into hiring good quality people instead of hiring and firing then treating the ones who stick around like crap.

    Cons

The management is either untrained or negligent.

    Advice to Management

Work on organizing everything before employment.

    Pros

Advancement is easy. If you want it, it's yours and that's honestly the only thing that's keeping me here now. If you work hard and want to be promoted, you've reached the right place. Just make sure you're really up for everything a promotion includes...

    Cons

They expect way too much for what they give in return. They expect each person to accurately and efficiently handle 6-8 jobs Orr shift on the lowest amount of post they can get away with and they don't even want to provide a full 40 hours, let alone the occasional over time for employees who work their butts off for it. Team leaders and managers are almost treated worse, they get minimal raises and are expected to treat their employees as badly (or worse) then they get treated. Once they get you into a salary, they won't shed a single tear for you no matter how many weeks you've gone without a day off, working 70+ hrs a week (only being paid for 45). They'll just keep pumping you for more sales, more cost cutting and give you less add less rewards pause out side of the occasional "good job". The higher ups promise to support you and be there for you, but then are only available when they feel it's absolutely necessary or when you need them the least.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your employees! They are what support your business. Without them, you wouldn't have a business. Right now, jitb has one of the highest turn over rates of any comparable quick service business. That could be turned around if you took care of the ppl that are loyal to you and offered them better compensation for the work they do.

    Pros

Good work-life balance, the work is relatively easy

    Cons

There is way too much favoritism for it to be a fair workplace. If the managers and the people the managers are friendly with like you, you will get good hours and a raise and get away with whatever. If they dont, you wont, and you better be on your game and make sure you dont make any mistakes or give them a reason to write you up so they can fire you. Not every shift does their fair share of the work. Managers will say things but not enforce them.

    Advice to Management

Talk personally to team members on occasion and make sure there isn't unfair favoritism going on, or other things going on that's affecting the store that they can't talk to their manager about. If it is a 24-hour restaurant, come visit the store sometimes during the night shift, not just morning or afternoon.

They treat employees with respect and the number one goal is always customer satisfaction, "say yes to the guest" and its a pretty easy job.

    Cons

Rotating schedule, but it should be expected!
