Prosthe people are great, a great product to be proud of making

ConsTo much drama, to many rule changes, very unorganized, For the industry, the pay isn't good

Advice to Senior ManagementTake some advise from the employees that work for you and use it, don't throw it out the window. I think it would make for a great work place like it used to be

    Had a good boss
    Mixture between autonomy and teamwork
    Easy commute
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays- Noah's Bagel for $0.50
1st Monday of the month free breakfast
Good work gets recognized from time to time.
Laundry service pick up and drop off (dry cleaning, wash and fold, etc.)
Yummy smells from Otis Spunkmeyer when you're outside.

ConsLong hours especially when gearing up for Back to School Season
Lack of accountability which leads to lots of finger pointing.
Depending on which department(s) you work with, there is a lack of respect for others and concern for deadlines as calendar dates are not meet.
System is outdated as much of the work is done on Excel.
IT support is done via India and not helpful.
Management is very busy with putting out fires as it is all very reactionary and not strategic moves that are shortsighted.
Same problems reoccur each season that creates a lot of stress and additional long hours.
Management spends money foolishly when they are emphasize that busy is not doing well.

Advice to Senior ManagementOnce the problem is identified, work on trying to resolve the issue at hand. Implement those corrections and hold people accountable for their actions. Need to clearly define who is accountable for what.
