Pros – Sharing with the Asian community and supporting their causes is a positive experience.
Cons – Because it is member-based and the total membership is falling, it is not economically sound.

I have been working at Japanese American Citizens League
Pros – Great benefits and location. Coworkers are great.
Cons – Low compensation for time invested.
Advice to Senior Management – Better top-down management. More supervision of employees in field offices. Increase intra-organizational communication. More staff calls and better coordination of programs between staff members.
