“My first company in the middle east - good for beginners in the field”
I have been working at Jeeyar Information full-time for more than a year
Pros – Good place to learn, best place for a beginner to learn the ropes. No office politics and the supervisors are friendly
Cons – once you complete 1-2 years you hit a plateau, where you have acquired all the experience you need, where you are doing the same type of projects again and again. Also no increase in salary
Advice to Senior Management – take some risk and try to grow the company..Should bag more projects. Would be helpful if 2-3 sales persons were hired
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
