ProsA excellent culture with strong values that are executed on, obviously you can fly for free, health care is available and communication from the top down is very visible.

ConsThe health care programs is horrendous, on the operating side of the company most managers are reactive though that is changing and your sick and vacation bank is one and the same.

Advice to Senior ManagementRe evaluate best labor practices for compensation

    LIFE CHANGING!

    Flight Attendant (Current Employee)
    Long Beach, CA

ProsFree flights, Great Management, Fun Job!

ConsJust try to keep things constant.

Advice to Senior ManagementJust do the right thing, which I know you will.To everyone that bitches about Jetblue you have no clue how good you have it. I have been with them for 12 years and it's been an amazing 12 years. They have always stuck by me and have done the right thing. It pisses me off that these whiners cry that their job sucks. Do us all a favor and leave because you're the one dragging this company down not the management. I watched my father go through 5 crappy airlines that didn't care about him. He would KILL to work for us but alas he's too old now. Ok I'm done with my rant. I highly recommend working at Jetblue.
    Thanks,
    Lee

    Great Company, Great Culture!

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThe company culture is amazing. JetBlue truly is an organization that cares about the employees and customers above all else! I couldn't have asked for a better company to work for.

ConsFor certain positions, there seems to be very little more to grow and the company undergoes reorganizations quite frequently which can disrupt work flow.
