    Pros

    The company invested highly in the training of it's employees. The company takes it's core values seriously!

    Cons

    Salary not as competitive as other organizations outside of the airline industry.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to set the culture as one of openness, dedication and caring.

    Endless opportunities for growth. Great work environment. Employee Benefits are amazing.

    Cons

    Wish the company would open more stations in more cities and Caribbean islands as well as in South America.

    Open more job opportunities in the People Department (Recruitment)

    Pros

    Flyers are Customers, not Passengers as coined by other Air Carriers. A CEO that hands out snacks on-board and welcomes Customer input.

    Cons

    Service not available to all cities. I will continue to wait patiently till you return to mine.

    Advice to Management

    Stay true to the tenets on which this company was built. You are the difference in AIR travel, that others should take notice of.

    The company culture is unbeatable - keep it up! You can't beat the flexible schedule and the flight benefits.

    Pros

    JetBlue is a great place to work. Training is in a group of about 30 people and by the end of the month long training I felt like they were all family. Working from home is nice too as I work in reservations. and the free flights make it all worth it.

    Cons

    The starting pay kinda sucks and people can be rude sometimes as is true for any call center environment.

    Advice to Management

    I get way too many emails so I feel like I'm working all day just to sort through them all even after my shift. Chill out with the emails ;)

    Pros

    Obviously the flight benefits, as well as 401k, PTO, and stock share benefits. It's unbelievable what an amazing and progressive company they've built in under 15 years.

    Cons

    They provide oppurtunities to grow within the company such as taking over new job titles, but if your not interested in that and like your position you can't expect to ever make a lot of money. They have a top-out as well.

    Pros

    This company really tries to stand by their values. They go above and beyond to treat employees well and there are lots of perks that come with the job. The employees are all very motivated, they truly seem like they love what they do.

    Cons

    There seems to be a lack of opportunity for candidates who are not related to an existing employee.

    Advice to Management

    Give people chances to prove their skills, don't rely on their associations.

    Pros

    Travel benefits, health insurance, 401k, a lot of activities for crew members and their family, encourages volunteer work. Supervisors are always available and very helpful, co workers are awesome and its just an overall great company with even better product and service.

    Some tech issues with equipment
