    Pros

This job can be very rewarding when dealing with customers or training and developing your teammates to be the best workers.

    Cons

I've found that the demand of work from upper management has increased significantly over the last two years. It gets very stressful and can be draining.

    Advice to Management

Show your employees how you want a job done if they are not doing it right. Or give positive encouragement.

    Pros

It can be really fun. It really depends on who you work with, I have been there for 4 1/2 years, Jewel Osco is a backup plan for me if I can't find a career in the field that I am studying.

    Cons

At times the managers seem like they do not know what they are doing.

    Advice to Management

You guys really need to listen to your coworkers as a whole. Guacamole does not need to be made every single day.
