I worked at Jones Lang LaSalle full-time

    Pros

Great benefits and advancement opportunities. Company encourages promotion from within and developing employee talents through such things as comprehensive training programs and tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

Not a large presence in the Rhode Island area. HR department could be much more proactive in helping existing employees secure position in situations where they are working on an account where the contract is expiring.

    Advice to Management

Develop a better program to assist existing employees in getting placement on alternative accounts, when the account they are presently working on is not being renewed, etc.
